Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service and repair requests, entering and maintaining data in the order processing system.
• Release purchase orders for replacement parts and support warranty/RA documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly; communicate customer financial responsibility.
