Job summary

Numotion, North America's largest provider of mobility products and services, seeks a Customer Service Associate in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will receive new equipment requests, determine eligibility, and coordinate timely service deliveries while moving orders through the processing system.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication, and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and enter data in the order system.
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Enter orders and ensure intake steps are completed accurately.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinate scheduling for evaluations and adjustments with technicians.
• Meet productivity and performance standards and support department initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and regulations.
