Job summary

Numotion, the nation’s largest mobility provider, seeks a Customer Service/Order Processing Specialist in Vancouver, WA. You will assist customers with new equipment requests, verify insurance, enter orders, and move requests efficiently through the processing system.

Responsibilities include communicating financial responsibilities, scheduling ATPs and technicians, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of service order processing systems and medical equipment basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and collect demographics.
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Enter orders and maintain accurate data in the order processing system.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinate scheduling of ATPs and seating technicians for evaluations.
• Meet productivity and performance standards and participate in department initiatives.
• Adhere to Numotion policies and federal regulations while protecting confidentiality.
