Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with service and repair requests and updates data in the order system.
• Releases purchase orders for parts and documents warranty/RA as needed.
• Responds to inquiries and complaints to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Resolves issues and minimizes transfers or escalations.
• Coordinates scheduling and routing of service technicians.
• Tracks routes and schedules and reports discrepancies to management.
• Meets productivity and performance standards and supports continuous improvement.
• Adheres to Numotion policies and protects confidentiality.
