Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, based in the United States, seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless payroll and tax-related service delivery.

You will coordinate user setup and training for payroll platforms, lead client meetings on escalated issues, and monitor payroll processing while guiding internal teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.

On-site attendance is essential to access systems and support client operations effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years in payroll/customer service preferred.
• Experience with PEO/ASO/HCM environments is a plus.
• Ability to learn payroll software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user set-up and training for client-facing payroll platforms and service tools.
• Facilitate proactive client retention efforts and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor payroll processing and resolve payroll errors.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Operations to improve processes.
• Provide guidance on tax and reporting requirements and assist with state filings.
