Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, based in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, oversee payroll processing, and guide tax and reporting activities. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM environment preferred.
• Strong communication, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with payroll processing, tax guidance, and client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned client group and manage relationships.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll platforms and reporting tools.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and discuss major issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and resolve errors.
• Provide guidance on payroll tax questions and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.
