Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee client payroll services, coordinate user setup, and train client-facing platforms. The role ensures accurate, timely payroll and strong client relationships, with focus on retention and issue resolution.

Work involves leading teams, analyzing payroll data, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver compliant tax reporting and service levels. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience and ability to lead client-focused teams.
• Experience in payroll, HRIS, or PEO/ASO/HCM environments preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across internal and client teams.
• Comfort with analyzing payroll data and enforcing process SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned group of clients and manage relationships.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll platforms.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and discuss account status.
• Identify gaps, propose new products/services, and support retention.
• Monitor payroll specialists and assist with payroll calculations and corrections.
• Collaborate with managers to implement changes and coach staff.
• Attend on-site operations for secure access and collaboration.
