Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery across payroll and tax processes. You will coordinate user setup, training, and proactive retention strategies while guiding teams through payroll processing and compliance challenges.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and collaboration with internal partners to optimize service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients and manage relationships.
• Coordinate user setup and training for client payroll platforms and reporting tools.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and discuss service improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and address payroll errors.
• Guide clients on payroll tax questions and required state/federal reporting.
