Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, oversee payroll processing, and guide tax reporting. This role coordinates user setup, training, and service delivery across the client base.

On-site involvement is essential; you’ll lead client meetings, escalate issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes. Strong communication, supervisory experience, and familiarity with payroll/HRIS are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–4 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related PEO/ASO/HCM environment.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with MS Office and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients and manage relationships.
• Coordinate user setup and provide training for client-facing payroll, reporting software and service platforms.
• Lead client meetings to review escalated issues or significant matters.
• Review processed payrolls and resolve payroll errors; ensure timely payroll processing.
• Assist with client tax account registration guidance and payroll tax notices.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and internal teams to improve processes.
