Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, ensure seamless delivery of payroll services, and support tax-related processes. You will coordinate user setup, training, and service platform use while driving client retention and process improvements.

The role involves supervising Payroll Specialists, ensuring timely payroll processing, and guiding clients on payroll tax questions and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of PEO/ASO/HCM experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax guidance advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Coordinate payroll setup, training, and service platforms.
• Oversee payroll processing and resolve issues with accuracy.
• Guide clients on payroll tax questions and reporting requirements.
• Lead team meetings and coach Payroll Specialists.
