Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and support payroll and tax processes. You will coordinate user setup and training, drive client retention strategies, and act as liaison between clients and internal operations to optimize outcomes.

The role involves supervising payroll processing, analyzing data for improvements, and guiding clients on tax and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent time management to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in payroll processing and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with internal departments to support seamless operations.
• Experience with payroll, HRIS, or PEO/ASO/HCM environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned client group and coordinate user setup and training.
• Lead client meetings to review escalated issues and discuss account status.
• Oversee payroll processing, resolve payroll errors, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Guide clients on tax and reporting requirements and assist with state registrations.
• Monitor payroll staff performance and provide training opportunities as needed.
