Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading HR technology and services provider, seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless payroll delivery. You will coordinate user setup, training, and proactive retention efforts while overseeing payroll processing and tax guidance for multiple clients.

You will collaborate with internal teams, lead client meetings, and identify opportunities to expand services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM preferred.
• 2-4 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact and manage relationships for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll platforms and reporting tools.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and discuss account matters.
• Review payroll processing, resolve errors, and support tax and reporting needs.
