Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of payroll and tax processes. You will coordinate user setup, provide training, and act as a liaison with internal operations. The role requires on-site presence and proactive client retention activities.

You will oversee payroll processing, analyze data for improvements, and guide on reporting requirements, with a focus on accuracy and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; PEO/ASO/HCM experience preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience and ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned client group and manage relationships.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll and service platforms.
• Lead client meetings to review escalated issues and opportunities.
• Review payroll processing, resolve errors, and guide tax questions.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and support payroll staff.
• Provide coaching and training recommendations to the team.
