Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure the seamless delivery of payroll and tax processes on-site. You will coordinate user setup and training for client-facing payroll platforms, lead client retention initiatives, and act as a liaison between clients and internal operations to drive service excellence.

The role includes supervising Payroll Specialists, reviewing payrolls, analyzing data for improvements, and guiding teams

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; PEO/ASO/HCM experience preferred.
• 2-4 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience and strong communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned client group and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate user set-up and training for payroll platforms and reporting software.
• Lead retention initiatives and liaise between clients and internal operations.
• Oversee payroll processing, review runs, and resolve issues with accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost controls.
• Guide clients on tax/accounting requirements and state registrations.
• Coach Payroll Specialists and conduct weekly team huddles.
• Ensure on-site attendance and secure access to systems for sensitive tasks.
