Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery, including payroll processing and tax guidance. You will coordinate user setup, train client teams, and collaborate with internal operations to retain clients and optimize processes.

Must have supervisory experience and strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2–4 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS or PEO/ASO/HCM environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other apps.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned group of clients and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll and service platforms.
• Lead client meetings and escalate issues to resolve matters.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and review for errors.
• Support payroll tax guidance, reporting, and state registrations as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and internal teams to improve processes.
