Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, oversee payroll processing, and ensure accurate tax reporting and service delivery. You will coordinate user setup, training, and retention strategies, while guiding payroll specialists and liaising with internal operations to meet SOPs.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, strong communication, and data-driven process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM environment preferred.
• Experience in payroll, HRIS or related environments; supervisory experience advantageous.
• Must have strong communication, coordination, and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients and manage relationships.
• Coordinate payroll processing, tax guidance, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and mentor Payroll Specialists, monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Schedule and facilitate client meetings to discuss escalations and opportunities for service enhancement.
• Ensure secure access to systems and on-site collaboration as required.
