Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, oversee payroll processing, and guide tax-related processes. The role coordinates user setup and training for client-facing payroll systems, while driving retention and service improvements across internal teams.

The position requires coordinating with clients, brokers, and internal partners, reviewing payroll accuracy, and ensuring timely, compliant payroll delivery on-site in Chandler, AZ.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of experience preferred.
• 2+ years of retirement plan experience.
• Group retirement plan (MEP/PEP) experience a plus.
• Retirement related credentials a plus (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.).
• High School Diploma.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related PEO/ASO/HCM environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user set-up and provide training for client-facing payroll software and service platforms.
• Facilitate proactive intervention steps for at-risk clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Manage client accounts and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and peers.
• Liaise between clients and internal operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead client meetings to discuss escalated issues or significant matters.
