Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and supervise payroll processes. The role involves coordinating user setup, training, and retention strategies while acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Office-based position in Chandler, AZ, with regular in-office duties. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, resolve payroll issues, and provide guidance on payroll tax

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients.

• Facilitate client retention strategies and liaise between clients and internal operations.
• Review payroll processing to ensure timeliness and accuracy; resolve payroll issues as needed.
• Monitor payroll-related notices and assist with state and federal reporting.
