Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of payroll services. The role coordinates user setup, provides training, and supports client retention while guiding payroll and tax-related processes.

You will oversee payroll processing, analyze data for improvements, and liaise between clients and internal operations. This in-office position is based in Chandler, AZ, with occasional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 2+ years of PEO/ASO/HCM experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax guidance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for an assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user set-up and training for client-facing payroll systems.
• Manage client accounts and retention through proactive engagement.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance.
