Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, headquartered in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless payroll delivery. You will coordinate user setup, training, and retention efforts while guiding tax and reporting compliance.

The role oversees Payroll Specialists and partners with other departments to maintain service quality. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong communication, and payroll/HRIS knowledge, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM environments preferred.
• 2-4 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience required or preferred.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook/Teams/Excel/PowerPoint) and ability to learn other apps.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact and manage relationships for assigned clients.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll and reporting systems.
• Lead retention initiatives and liaise between clients and internal teams.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review payroll results, address errors, and coach team members as needed.
• Schedule and lead weekly team meetings and escalations.
