Redd Mechanical is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to oversee the Moab and Blanding service branches. You will lead service technicians and office coordination, schedule and dispatch calls, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or skilled trades service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or job costing is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department.
• Manage and support plumbing service technicians and office coordination.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and at a high-quality standard.
• Handle customer communication and resolve service issues as needed.
