Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive industry/management experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Experience managing on a branch department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises superintendents and employees, providing direction and training.
• Administers safety program and conducts safety audits.
• Visits job sites to perform quality audits and support field technicians.
• Reviews route performance and profitability using accounting reports.
• Provides input to sales on scope and materials for bids.
