This hands-on leadership role will oversee a team of field mechanics while managing customer service operations, budgets, parts, safety, audits, and related operational activities. You will partner with sales representatives and internal teams to deliver exceptional service to customers throughout the territory, with rotating evening and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years elevator industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with field mechanics or technical teams.
• Service sales or territory management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field mechanics across the Anaheim/South Bay territory.
• Oversee day-to-day elevator service operations, including budgets, parts, safety, audits, and payroll activities.
• Coordinate staffing, job requirements, materials, and resources for field execution.
• Provide operational support and participate in rotating evening and weekend coverage as required.
• Partner with sales reps and participate in customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate tracking of orders and service activity.
• Communicate effectively with mechanics, customers, sales reps, and internal partners.
