• Bachelor's degree or extensive management experience in service/repair environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Knowledge of elevator industry and general management methods.
• Ability to analyze problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and repair operations to meet profitability targets and annual budget.
• Supervise superintendents and staff; hire, train and apply performance management.
• Administer safety program and perform weekly safety audits.
• Visit job sites; perform quality audits and work with technicians and customers.
• Review route management and callbacks; adjust plans to improve profitability.
