Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Superintendent- Service to support Northern Virginia operations. You will oversee service activities, audit field performance, and assist mechanics while working to maintain cost efficiency and high safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills, plus a valid driver's license. Opportunities exist to influence bids, trainings, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to write clear reports, proposals and business correspondence.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for management and customers.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicles Report are required.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to perform quality audits and ensure efficient, cost-effective route work.
• Assist mechanics with jobs, including troubleshooting and on-the-job training.
• Review route profitability using accounting reports and provide feedback to management.
• Contribute to safety training and promote a safe work environment.
• Provide input to sales on scope of work and material costs for bids.
