TK Elevator in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager- Service/Repair to lead all service and repair operations, ensuring profitability and budget attainment.

You will supervise field technicians and office staff, perform safety audits, and work with sales and branch leadership to optimize routes, costs, and customer satisfaction. A bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience is required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent with management experience).
• Experience leading service/repair teams in a field-based environment.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises superintendents and staff, provides direction and training.
• Administers safety program and conducts weekly safety audits.
• Spends time in the field with technicians and customers.
• Reviews route profitability using accounting reports and Map Point.
• Assists in bidding repairs with labor and material estimates.
• Monitors 30-day callbacks and maintains low cancellation rates.
• Coordinates with Branch Manager and Sales Managers to address customer needs.
• Keeps up-to-date with elevator industry codes and product updates.
• Manages parts program to meet budget and customer satisfaction.
