Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience supervising field service teams or branches.
• Strong knowledge of safety programs and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees superintendents and service staff, providing direction and training.
• Administers safety program with weekly audits and safety emphasis.
• Visits job sites to audit quality and efficiency with technicians and customers.
• Monitors route performance and repair/callback metrics to improve profitability.
• Provides technical input to sales on scope of work and cost estimation.
