Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or extensive management experience.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR.
• Thorough elevator industry knowledge and management methods.
• Able to interpret diverse technical instructions and data.

Responsibilities

• Supervises superintendents and employees; directs training and policy adherence.
• Administers safety program and conducts weekly safety audits.
• Visits job sites; performs quality audits and works with technicians and customers.
• Monitors three callbacks in 30 days and maintains cancellations under 3%.
• Reviews route management and profitability using accounting reports and Map Point.
• Ensures timely NIM audits within 15 days of turnovers and identifies issues for improvement.
• Provides technical input to sales for bids and cost calculations.
• Communicates with branch managers and customers to address needs.
