Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Operations Manager- Service/Repair in Philadelphia, PA. This role leads service and repair operations to meet profitability and annual budgets, with hands-on field presence and direct supervision of supervisors and technicians.

The position requires strong safety focus, cost control, and the ability to bid repairs with accurate labor and material cost input. You will coordinate with Branch and Sales Managers and ensure compliance with industry codes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or extensive management/industry experience or an equivalent combination
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Thorough knowledge of elevator industry and management methods
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and solve problems
• Experience supervising and training employees and enforcing policies

Responsibilities

• Supervise superintendents and employees; provide direction and training
• Oversee safety program; perform weekly safety audits
• Visit job sites; conduct quality audits and collaborate with customers
• Review route management and profitability using accounting reports
• Provide technical input to sales on scope, labor and material costs
• Maintain knowledge of codes and conduct training with regional staff
• Manage contract service parts program to meet budgets and satisfaction
• Address customer needs with branch and sales managers
• Perform other duties as assigned
