Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a Service Manager for the Overhead Door Company of St. Louis to lead our service and installation team. You will directly manage equipment, service and installation operations with hands-on leadership and extensive customer interaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and at least two years of supervisory experience in a related building products company. Strong communication, organization, and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred; two years’ supervisory/managerial experience preferred in a commercial building products company.
• Must be an excellent communicator, highly organized, with good mechanical aptitude.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead service and installation technicians and manage equipment, service, and installation operations.
• Oversee budget and P&L with control of labor and material costs.
• Schedule/dispatch personnel and assist with technical troubleshooting as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure top-quality service.
