Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Minimum two years’ work experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in a commercial building products company.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Department budget and P&L responsibility with control of labor and material costs.
• Schedule/dispatch support and assist with technical troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers to ensure high-quality service.
• Develop, train, and hire technicians and administrative staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
