DH Pace Company, Inc.’s Overhead Door Company of Charlotte is seeking a Service Manager in Charlotte, NC who will oversee equipment, service and installation technicians, while hands-on leading our door systems business with a high degree of customer interfacing.

You will manage department budgets, schedules, and develop technicians to maintain top-quality service while fostering a strong team culture and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ work experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in a commercial building products and services company that fixes/repairs/installs equipment/products.
• Excellent communicator, highly organized, and mechanically adept.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage department budget and P&L with control of labor and materials.
• Schedule/dispatch employees and assist with technical troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure top quality service.
• Develop, train and hire technicians, administrative staff and interns.
• Other duties as assigned.
