Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Department Manager for our St. Louis, MO location to lead the commercial door install department. You will direct operations, drive safety, coach staff, and align with management to deliver high‑quality service to customers.

You will oversee daily workflows, implement process improvements, and report on performance while coordinating with customers and management. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of personnel management experience.
• Commitment to safety standards and compliance with all safety policies.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations of the commercial door install department.
• Promote process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Communicate results and observations with management and drive improvements.
• Maintain high service levels by coordinating with customers and stakeholds.
• Improve staff performance through regular coaching and reviews.
• Provide leadership and development for staff and future advancement.
• Lead monthly sales and performance department meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
