Qualifications

• Lead and develop a large Residential Install team.
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily customer commitments.
• Review workload and manpower for cost efficiency.
• Drive on-time, under-budget project delivery with customer satisfaction.
• Analyze monthly financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Support hiring, training, and development of staff.
