Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent) and minimum four years of personnel management experience.
• Strong communication with customers and management; focus on safety and process improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at St. Louis, MO location; valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the commercial door install department.
• Promote and participate in process improvements for efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with management to review results and provide feedback.
• Communicate with customers to ensure high service quality.
• Improve staff performance through coaching and development; conduct reviews.
• Lead monthly sales and performance department meetings; manage staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
