Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead front-end and customer service teams, drive operational excellence, and strengthen the customer experience across store operations. You will coach staff, manage service programs, and ensure fast, friendly checkout and compliant processes.

The role emphasizes team development, scheduling, and frontline leadership in a dynamic, customer-facing environment that supports store performance and engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Leads front-end and customer service teams with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Coach and develop associates on service standards and programs.
• Oversee front-end operations including check stands, SCO, service desk, and checkout processes.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and policies.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and queue management to align labor with needs.
• Oversee cash office processes including safe counts, till audits, and deposits.
• Ensure readiness for audits, compliance, and company programs.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop service associates and supervisors.
• Support shrink reduction, fraud prevention, and handling of restricted items.
• Complete required reports and maintain communication with management.
