Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service Operations Manager who will lead front-end and service teams to deliver fast, friendly, and compliant shopping experiences. You will coach staff, manage service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations across checkout and service desks.

In this role you’ll oversee labor planning, cash-handling policies, and audit readiness, while guiding associates and supervisors toward consistent performance and strong customer engagement across stores.

Responsabilités

• Lead front-end and customer service teams to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Coach associates on service standards, courtesy programs, and service recovery.
• Oversee daily front-end operations including check stands, self-checkout (SCO), service desk, and checkout processes.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and transaction policies.
• Monitor scheduling, breaks, staffing levels, and queue management to align labor with business needs.
• Oversee cash office processes including safe counts, till audits, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Ensure front-end readiness for audits, compliance requirements, and company programs.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop service associates, supervisors, and front-end staff.
• Support shrink reduction, fraud prevention, and proper handling of restricted items.
• Complete required reports and maintain strong communication with management teams.
