• Oversee front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly checkout service.
• Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Provide checkout support, including register functions and customer assistance.
• Guide front-end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment.
• Manage cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions.
• Monitor inventory and ordering of front-end supplies and materials.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates and supervisors.
• Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Complete daily reports and payroll processes.
