Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead high‑performing service teams, strengthen customer relationships, and drive the systems behind day‑to‑day success.

You will oversee service operations, coach Service Managers, optimize scheduling and workflows, and promote safety and accountability within a collaborative Aberdeen team serving agricultural and construction customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: comfortable leading leaders, supporting teams and holding people accountable.
• Customer-focused mindset: commitment to delivering a strong customer experience and building trusted relationships.
• Tech-savvy: confident using computers and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Industry experience: familiarity with the industry is a plus and learning support provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations: Oversee all aspects of service department operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with benchmarks.
• Develop leaders: Coach and support Service Managers to drive performance and growth.
• Manage workflow and results: Ensure effective use of scheduling, work orders, and tools to meet workflow and financial goals.
• Strengthen customer relationships: Proactively meet with customers to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
