RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead high‑performing service teams in Imperial and Indio, CA, and to strengthen customer relationships while driving the systems behind day‑to‑day success.

You will oversee service department operations, coach Service Managers, manage workflow using scheduling and work orders, and promote a culture of safety and accountability in line with our core values.
