Qualifications

• Managing Work Orders: opening/closing orders, tracking progress, ensuring smooth operation in internal systems.
• Scheduling and Workflow Management: assign techs to projects, manage workflows, coordinate timing.
• Deliver top-notch service to customers with clear, respectful communication during repairs.
• Maintain communication to keep team and customers aligned and informed.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians, addressing issues and fostering growth.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a world-class experience.
