Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, oversee payroll-related processes, and coordinate training and setup for client-facing platforms. You will liaise between clients and internal operations to ensure timely service delivery and identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy and tax guidance.

The role requires managing payroll processing, analyzing data for improvements, and coaching the team to deliver high-quality service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM experience preferred.
• 2-4 years customer service, payroll/HRIS experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user setup and training for client-facing payroll software and service platforms.
• Facilitate proactive intervention steps for at-risk clients, collaborating with internal teams.
• Manage client accounts by establishing and reinforcing strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Coordinate and lead client meetings to review escalated issues or significant matters.
• Identify gaps in client processes and introduce new products based on client needs.
• Manage and elevate payroll tax notices and ensure resolution.
