The candidate will coordinate user setup, provide training on payroll platforms, and lead client meetings to review issues and opportunities, while driving service improvements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients and coordinate service delivery.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and discuss account matters.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate payroll runs.
• Provide guidance on payroll tax questions and state registrations.
• Analyze payroll data to identify improvements and drive client satisfaction.
• Elevate client issues through internal teams and monitor resolution progress.
• Schedule weekly POD team huddles to discuss escalations and learning opportunities.
• Maintain proactive client communications and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to department SOPs and contribute to process optimization.
