Vensure Employer Solutions, based in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of payroll and related services. The role emphasizes training, retention strategies, and collaboration with internal operations to meet SOPs and service levels.

Responsibilities include supervising Payroll Specialists, managing client communications, and driving process improvements while guiding tax reporting and state registrations as needed.

Formación

• Associates Degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• 2+ years of retirement plan experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related PEO/ASO/HCM environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user setup and provide training for client-facing payroll systems.
• Facilitate retention strategies and liaise between clients and internal operations.
• Oversee payroll processing and resolve payroll errors.
• Analyze payroll data for process improvements and tax/reporting guidance.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and discuss significant matters.
