Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery, including payroll and tax processes. You will coordinate user setup, training, and retention strategies, and act as a liaison between clients and internal operations to drive improvements.

The role involves supervising Payroll Specialists, guiding payroll calculations, and ensuring timely payroll processing while communicating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll/tax processing and client service delivery.
• Ability to train clients on payroll software and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned client groups and manage relationships.
• Coordinate user setup, training, and client meetings to review escalations.
• Oversee payroll processing, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with state/federal tax guidance and required reporting.
