Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery in payroll and tax-related processes. You will coordinate user setup and training, support client retention strategies, and oversee payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires exceptional communication, strong time management, and the ability to collaborate with internal operations to elevate service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM multistate roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for an assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll platforms.
• Facilitate retention strategies with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee payroll processing and provide guidance on tax and reporting requirements.
• Review payrolls and resolve payroll errors.
• Monitor Payroll Specialists and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Lead weekly POD team huddles to discuss escalations.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.
