The position requires initiative, tact, leadership, and strong technical and communication skills to meet departmental goals. Responsibilities include taking calls, creating tickets, scheduling, maintaining maintenance agreements, and coordinating parts and resources.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Ability to coordinate customers, employees, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and sales skills on the phone and face-to-face.
• Knowledge of HVAC related regulations and codes.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and create dispatch tickets for service calls.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls based on call complexity and technician capabilities.
• Maintain maintenance agreements including scheduling and materials.
• Debrief technicians daily on job statuses.
• Respond to overnight messages and forecast workload 2–3 days out.
• Update customer files with contacts and equipment details.
• Assist with ordering parts and maintaining service records.
• Coordinate with service leadership to meet goals and budgets.
