Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Billing Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH to handle service calls, billing, and coordination with technicians and customers. The role emphasizes accurate invoicing, contract maintenance, and strong customer service within the Convergint culture.

You will work with the Service Manager to schedule maintenance, manage calls, and assist with quotes and time-sensitive tasks. A professional, proactive attitude and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic financial knowledge (AR/AP, PO, work orders).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process work order tickets and invoices according to CTC guidelines and customer playbook.
• Renew service contracts and invoicing; maintain SOW records for each customer.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork.
• Coordinate technician schedules and preventive maintenance/inspections with Service Manager.
• Handle incoming customer calls, including dispatch support and scheduling.
• Provide Service Quotes with supervisor assistance.
• Complete projects by prioritizing and managing time.
• Perform other duties as required.
