Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Scheduler/Dispatcher to support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, and Installers. You will maintain accurate data in the dispatch systems, communicate with customers about appointments, and help ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.

The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in the Sharonville area is expected with opportunities for career growth and

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in customer-facing roles or dispatching is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Supports Sales Team, Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in systems.
Schedules service, maintenance, and sales calls with the customer and ensures the correct decision maker is present.
Plans and routes technicians based on availability, skills, location, and up-to-date dispatch board information.
Contacts customers to confirm appointments and informs them of any changes to arrivals or services.
Generates and updates quotes, tracks follow-ups, and documents sales in the system.
