Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a dispatcher to support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in systems, communicating with customers about scheduled calls, and following up.

Based in Sharonville, OH, this role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and scheduling expertise; we optimize technician routes and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment preferred.
• Dispatching experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Schedules service calls, maintenance, and sales appointments with customers and technicians.
• Plans technician routes based on availability, location, and skill set.
• Enters sales appointment details into systems and updates information as needed.
• Maintains professional communication with customers and management to ensure satisfaction.
